Flintec provides free and commercial telephony integration solutions as an extension to vTiger, an open source CRM system. The basic telephony functions are screenpop for incoming calls and call assistance for outgoing calls. The community version  Flintec Phone lite is  free. Additional commercial telephony integration versions (CTI and IVR) available.

Product features:

Flintec Phone lite is a free community version for telephone integration with vtiger using 1^st Party TAPI, limited to one desktop per vTiger server, supporting vtiger versions 5.1 and 5.2, using only an unstructured telephone number format (example: 00496213389230, 06213389230, 3389230, 30). The community version can only be installed on-premise and is TAPI device dependent.

Flintec Phone Connector for vTiger is a suite of commercial versions: 1st Party TAPI multiclient, 3rd Party TAPI via MS TAPIserver, 3rd Party CSTA via CT-Connect and speech enabled IVR. These versions support also structured telephone number format: +49 (621) 33892-30.
